Dorin Rechan thanked the country and personally President Ilham Aliyev for the support provided by Azerbaijan.
Following the meeting, Qudsi Osmanov was awarded an honorary diploma for his successful activities in the diplomatic field and his personal contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation.
