Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov has revealed the number of eligible voters who can vote in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan in the snap presidential elections on February 7 next year, Report informs.
According to Panahov, 26 polling stations have already been created in the liberated territories: “About 23,000 people are expected to vote there. There are 800-900 voters per precinct. That's a pretty good number."
