Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has called on all interested parties not to undermine the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to Report.

"Based on European experience, we must strive altogether to transform the South Caucasus from a conflict zone into a platform for cooperation," Bayramov said speaking at a meeting of foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership countries.

"We reiterate the offer made to Armenia for an equal and just peace, and call for working on a bilateral basis or through the mediation of some impartial and neutral third party. We expect mutual sincere dedication from Armenia. The benefits of peace and good neighborly relations must not be sacrificed for some short-sighted geopolitical manipulations," he said.

"By focusing on common interests, determination, mutual respect and benefits, we can build a more prosperous, stable and coordinated Eastern Partnership region," the foreign minister noted.
