Now problems with Armenia will be resolved not on a military, but on a scientific and legal level, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations (CAIR) Farid Shafiyev said at the presentation of the report “Disputes around the Lachin-Khankandi road,” Report informs.
He noted that Armenians are still waging a campaign against Azerbaijan, accusing the country of forcibly relocating residents of Armenian origin. According to Shafiyev, these actions of Armenia indicate revanchist sentiments in this country.
