Armenia committed numerous atrocities against Azerbaijanis, while Azerbaijan never targeted Armenian civilians, instead ensuring safe environ for their reintegration, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Aykhan Hajizada said on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter.
Report informs that the official was responding to the allegations of the Ankara-based Finland Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Kirsti Narinen, who is also the ambassador to other South Caucasus countries.
"Turning a blind eye to the fact confirmed UN, UNOCHA, ICRC, UN Refugee Agency that Azerbaijan did not force Armenians out is nothing but a hypocrisy," Hajizada tweeted.
