"Representatives of civilian Armenian citizens living in Khankandi were contacted. While a meeting was planned for dialogue in Yevlakh, Armenians tried to create an image of an artificial humanitarian crisis and efforts were also made to deceive the international world as well,” Ambassador of Türkiye to Azerbaijan Cahit Bağcı who visited the Aghdam-Khankandi road with representatives of the diplomatic corps said, APA reports.

He said that during this period Türkiye continues to support Azerbaijan's efforts until the very end: “If we are talking about a humanitarian crisis, there is a distance of 16 km between us and Khankandi, and the Aghdam-Khankandi road is open for the transportation of all kinds of humanitarian cargo. Türkiye also supports the actions taken by Azerbaijan in this direction."
