A meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has kicked off in Bishkek.

 

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov welcomed President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
