Strict measures are being taken towards the decriminalization of all districts, streets and villages of the Karabakh economic region, head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) Elshad Hajiyev told journalists, XQ informs.
According to him, strict measures are being taken not only on narcotics but also landmine cases: "Yesterday, mine threats were detected in several districts, bridges, water basins and places where people are likely to move.”
