Madat Guliyev was appointed deputy secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as President Ilham Aliyev has signed the relevant order, Report informs.
Guliyev was appointed the Minister of Defense Industry on June 20, 2019. He was released from his position by today's order of the head of state.
