Azercosmos, the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Viasat Inc., a global leader in satellite communications, have signed a cooperation agreement to provide In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) services.
Under the agreement, Viasat and Azercosmos will provide modern, high-speed, and reliable in-flight internet services to airlines operating in Azerbaijan, thereby offering more effective service to customers and partners.
This agreement will contribute to the expansion of digital services, the strengthening of communication capabilities in air transport, and the further enhancement of the passenger experience.
Additionally, a working meeting was held between the partners to discuss the details of the agreement and future cooperation within the framework of the Space Technology Conference (STC 2026) held in Tashkent.
