A call center will be created to raise awareness related to COP29, Ilkin Javadov, Head of the Visitor Experience Department at COP29 Azerbaijan Operations Company said in his statement to journalists, Report informs.
Javadov noted that the call center will start operating in November:
"Visitors and participants will be able to get information through traditional calls, chat, WhatsApp and Telegram by asking their questions about the event."
