The Annual Conference and General Assembly of the International Association of Prosecutors provides us with an opportunity to discuss the role of prosecutors. Currently, representatives from 10 international organizations and nearly 100 countries are participating in the event," Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev stated at the opening ceremony of the 29th Annual Conference and General Assembly of the International Association of Prosecutors in Baku.
He emphasized that the mission of all prosecutors is to carry out their work fairly: "The law is the foundation of a society where peace prevails, and it protects democracy and human dignity.
I believe that this conference, based on the principles of friendship, will contribute to regional security and joint fight against all forms of crime, serving as an effective means for developing existing potential and coordinating mutual activities."
