Sabah city technopark will be created in Azerbaijan, Director of SABAH.HUB Innovation Center Rahim Bayramli told journalists, Report informs.
He said that Sabah city is a project implemented together with the Ministry of Science and Education.
“We want to bring students together and conduct research for the development of the ecosystem. We are thinking of establishing the Sabah city Innovation Center in the next two years,” Bayramli said.
He also noted that a $25 million sabah fund will be created: "The purpose of the fund is to provide investments to start-ups in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus, Central Asia. We think that these will be investments of around $100,000-500,000. We are thinking of investing in 50-60 startups in the region over the next four years."
