Two mineral deposits will be auctioned for the first time in Azerbaijan’s East Zangazur economic region on June 12, Report informs.
The auction will be held by the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources under Azerbaijan’s Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry in Aghali village, Zangilan.
Investors will be offered the Hajili limestone deposit in the Gubadli district and the Ahmadli building stone deposit in the Lachin district. In the auction, four operating companies will compete in 10 lots.
The purpose of the auction is to ensure the legal and efficient use of the subsoil in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories. The process will take place with the participation of officials of relevant state institutions and media representatives.
