The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) is committed to investing in the development of research expertise in member states, the ISESCO Director General Salim bin Muhammad al-Malik said at the 2nd ISESCO Ministerial Conference on the International Student Assessment (PISA) in Baku, Report informs.
According to him, this conference is of great importance as it builds on the success of the first conference, which was held at ISESCO headquarters on November 9, 2022.
“This conference is a testament to our unwavering commitment to improving the quality of education in our diverse global environment,” he said.
Al-Malik noted that the conference participants aim to achieve the goals set out in the fourth Sustainable Development Goal: “This is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.”
