A mechanism can be created in Azerbaijan to prevent illegal interference in the private lives of citizens, according to the report developed by Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan for 2023.
According to Report, the Ombudsman proposes to create a mechanism to prevent illegal interference in the private lives of citizens, to more reliably protect their rights, honor and dignity, as well as to systematically organize the fight against the dissemination of information in the media, including audio or video materials that discredit the business reputation of citizens.
