France's Ambassador to Yerevan, Olivier Decottignies, went to the Azerbaijan-Armenia border region together with the European Union observation mission, the ambassador said on X, Report informs.
According to the information, he was 4 km from the line of contact between the two countries, in the village of Boyuk Garagoyunlu of the Basarkecher district.
