Amendment to the Resolution No. 466 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 18, 2016 "On approving the forms of the administrative error protocol, the decision issued by the competent body (official) during the consideration of the administrative error case, and the decision on sending the administrative error case accordingly" was done.

The relevant decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

The document states:

"On approving the forms of the administrative error protocol, the decision issued by the competent body (official) during the consideration of the administrative error case, and the decision on sending the administrative error case accordingly" in Resolution No. 466 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 18, 2016 ( Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2016, No. 11, Article 1954; 2019, No. 6, Article 1142; 2021, No. 10, Article 1170; 2022, No. 2, Article 180) the following changes should be made:

1. Appendix No. 2-1 approved by that Decision - the words "and legal address" in the "Electronic Protocol on the administrative error drawn up in connection with the violation of legislation in the fields of labor, employment, labor pensions, social benefits and compulsory insurance", legal and actual addresses" should be replaced with the words.

2. Appendix No. 3 approved by that Decision - "Electronic Decision on issuing administrative sanctions against traffic rules, ensuring traffic safety, and rules for using highways and other administrative offenses related to the violation of these rules" "personal identification number" After the words "(the series and number of temporary or permanent residence permit cards of foreigners or stateless persons, as well as the refugee card), place of residence and place of residence, place of work if working, TIN if engaged in entrepreneurial activity" be done.

3. Appendix No. 3-1 approved by that Decision - "Electronic Decision on Administrative Sanctions Issued for Violation of Legislation in the Fields of Labor, Employment, Labor Pensions, Social Benefits and Compulsory Insurance" contains the words "and residential address" (foreigners or of temporary or permanent residence permit cards of stateless persons, as well as series and number of refugee card), place of residence and place of residence, date of birth, place of work if an individual is employed, and TIN if engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

4. Appendix No. 4 approved by that Decision – after the words "individual identification number of a citizen" to the "Decision on Administrative Punishment" "(the series and number of temporary or permanent residence permit cards of foreigners or stateless persons, as well as refugee cards) , place of residence and place of residence, place of work if an individual is employed, TIN if engaged in entrepreneurial activity" should be added.

5. Appendix No. 5 approved by that Decision - "Decision on conditional imposition of an administrative fine" after the words "citizen's personal identification number" "(a series of temporary or permanent residence permit cards of foreigners or stateless persons, as well as a refugee card and number), place of residence and place of residence, place of work if an individual is employed, and the words "TIN" should be added if engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
