Bayram Shirinov, representative of the Electronic Security Service (ESS) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, participated in CyberTech Global 2026, the premier international cyber conference in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The conference focused on the transformation of the global cybersecurity landscape and next-generation defense technologies. The event also featured the presentation of innovative approaches, such as AI-based cyber defense systems, orchestration platforms, and agent-based security architecture. The conference also reviewed the opportunities and threats that quantum computing will bring to cybersecurity.
The two-day event included an exchange of experiences on the effectiveness of AI-based automated decision-making mechanisms, strategies for protecting critical infrastructure facilities, new standards in information security, and proactive defense concepts.
Cybertech Global Tel Aviv 2026 brought together leading representatives of the cybersecurity field, government experts, and representatives of technology companies. The conference served as an important platform for expanding international cooperation against cyber threats, integrating technological innovations into the field of cybersecurity, and assessing future trends and risks.
