Internship and exchange programs across various areas of the oil and gas industry are being implemented as part of the cooperation between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Uzbekneftegaz.
From September 8 to 12, an internship program in Human Resources Management was held for employees of Uzbekneftegaz.
During the program, participants met with SOCAR Vice President Ziba Mustafayeva, discussing the importance of experience exchange, partnership opportunities, and prospects for future cooperation. The participants also visited the Baku Higher Oil School and SOCAR’s Training, Education, and Certification Department.
