The 28th international conference and exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2023" (OGT-2023) has today kicked off in Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat.
The event, which will last until October 27, brings together more than 400 delegations from 40 countries.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan Gismat Gozalov and employees of the embassy also participated in the conference, which features stands of more than 70 international energy companies.
Ambassador Gozalov viewed the stands and exchanged views with the heads of various companies regarding the opportunities in the field of energy, as well as prospects for the development of existing relations.
Azerbaijan is represented at the event by a delegation led by President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najafov. During the exhibition, SOCAR's stand themed "new horizons" aroused great interest among the visitors.
