The delegation of Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) will pay a working visit to the Kingdom of Spain,” said Head of the Agency Yusif Abdullayev at an online meeting held with the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid.

Abdullayev highlighted the activities of the Agency, including the goals set during the planned working trip to Spain this month.

Head of AZPROMO emphasized the importance of more active participation of Spanish companies in the economy of Azerbaijan, and suggested holding a presentation of the Azerbaijan’s investment projects (“Investment Roadshow”) in Spain.

Deputy General Director of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce Elsa Salvadores Janssen hailed the prospects for the "Investment Roadshow" in terms of expanding relations.

According to her, the Chamber is ready to provide support in coordinating work of AZPROMO’s working visit to Spain, as well as organizing events and meetings in various formats in the future.

The sides also exchanged views on defining the legal framework for cooperation between representatives of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and AZPROMO, as well as agreed to exchange information for signing of the relevant agreement between the institutions.
