Omar Marmoush had a standout performance, scoring his first goal for the club and netting an impressive hat trick to lead his team to victory.
Manchester City's Marmoush opened the scoring in the 19th minute with a clever chip over the goalkeeper, breaking the deadlock with a close-range finish.
The 26-year-old Egyptian then doubled the lead just five minutes later with another close-range strike at Etihad Stadium.
In the 33rd minute, Marmoush completed his hat trick, extending the advantage to 3-0. James McAtee added a fourth goal in the 84th minute, sealing a dominant 4-0 victory for his team.
Manchester City are fourth with 44 points in the standings.
