Azerbaijan’s football club Qarabag marched into the Champions League play-off round after a dominant 7-2 victory over Bulgaria’s Ludogorets in the second leg of the third qualifying round.
Despite a 2-1 loss in the first leg in Baku, Qarabag delivered an outstanding performance in the away match, with goals from Olávio Juninho, Yassine Benzia (2), Patrick Andrade (2), Toral Bayramov, and Redon Xhixha securing the comprehensive win.
Qarabag will now face Croatia’s Dinamo Zagreb in the play-off round.
