Five people, including three young children, lost their lives in a devastating explosion in Azerbaijan's Aghjabadi, according to Report.

The tragic event unfolded when a young child discovered a grenade in the Hindarx settlement area and brought it home, unknowingly setting off a chain of events that would forever change the lives of this family.

According to information obtained by Report, the victims have been identified as Bahruz Guliyev, Shamil Guliyev, Natiq Guliyev, Mahammad Mammadli, and Murad Mammadli. Two others were also injured in the blast and are currently receiving medical attention.

An investigation is currently underway.
