“I am filled with joy. When we left Fuzuli, my children were small. Now I have grandchildren and a great-grandson growing up. Happy days await us ahead,” resident of Fuzuli, Rakhila Aliyeva, who is returning to her native land, told XQ.
She expressed gratitude to the President, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, and the heroic sons of the Motherland for the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from the occupation.
“May the Almighty have mercy on the souls of our martyrs, I wish the veterans good health. The first thing I will do when I return to Fuzuli is visit the graves of my relatives. After 30 years, people proudly return to the liberated territories. Excellent conditions have been created for us there, houses have been built,” she said.
On September 11, another 92 residents of Fuzuli left for their native lands.
