Magnitude 3.9 quake hits Azerbaijan’s Saatli district

A 3.9-magnitude earthquake shook the Saatli district on Thursday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The quake occurred at 11:25 local time, and tremors were felt in the area.
