Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Monday arrived in Ankara on a working visit during which he will be received by Türkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Anadolu Agency reports.
Mitsotakis was welcomed at the capital's Esenboga Airport by the Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Turkish Ambassador to Athens Cagatay Erciyes, Greece's Ambassador to Ankara Theodoros Bizakis, and other officials.
Erdogan and Mitsotakis are expected to appear in a joint press conference after their meeting.
Talks in Ankara will focus on bilateral relations between Türkiye and Greece and steps to develop cooperation.
Officials from the two countries will also sign several agreements.
