Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held a phone conversation with caretaker Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Jalil Abbas Jilani, Report informs, citing Iranian media sources.
He said that “Jaish al-Adl” is a terrorist organization operating against the security of both countries: “Iran's security has been repeatedly threatened by this Iranian terrorist group from Pakistan, and this group has repeatedly claimed responsibility for terrorist acts committed in Iran. Yesterday's anti-terrorist operation of the Iranian armed forces was against this terrorist group, and no Pakistani citizen was attacked in this operation.”
Pakistan's foreign minister noted that whenever there is a threat to Iran in Pakistan, the Pakistani government takes action against it: "Iran should inform Pakistan about terrorist groups in Pakistan."
