18 people died in a skirmish in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchistan provinces, on the border with Afghanistan and Pakistan, Brigadier-General Ahmad Ali Goudarzi said, Report informs via Mehr.
According to him, in recent days, an operation was carried out targeting the forces against the Iranian Islamic Revolution, who wanted to smuggle drugs and weapons to Iran from neighboring countries. He said that 18 anti-revolutionary forces were neutralized and several people were injured at the zero point of the border with Sistan and Baluchistan. The Brigadier General noted that several people were arrested with weapons and ammunition.
