The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has ordered the grounding of Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft following a recent incident involving a passenger airliner of this type, Report informs referring to Reuters.
The decision was made based on an order from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The reason was the incident with the American airline Alaska Airlines.
Britain’s aviation regulator has said it will require all airlines operating Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft to comply with FAA guidelines before entering UK airspace.
