As of early December, German authorities froze Russian assets worth approximately 4.1 billion euros under the EU sanctions regime, a representative of the German Ministry of Finance told journalists at a briefing, Report informs referring to TASS.
“This includes all assets subject to sanctions, covering frozen money, economic resources of individuals, as well as blocked assets of the Russian Central Bank,” he said.
