The Israeli army has established a new four-hour humanitarian pause in the fighting in the central Gaza Strip to help the local population, the Office for the Coordination of Activities of the Israeli Government in the Palestinian Territories (COGAT) said in a post on the social network X.
The IDF is implementing tactical pauses for humanitarian reasons to allow the civilian population to replenish food and water supplies, the office said in a statement, adding that today, December 25, a pause is being established in the area of Al-Sheikh Muhammad al-Yamani (West) in Deir al-Balah from 10:00 until 14:00 (local time).
