During Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov’s visit to Brazil, the two countries signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of education.
The document was signed by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Brazil, Rashad Novruz, and Brazil’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauro Vieira.
