The Baku State University (BSU) hosted a meeting with a delegation from the George Washington (GW) University.
The meeting was attended by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev, Asiman Ilyasov, Advisor to the BSU Rector on Quality Assurance, Michael Feuer, Dean of the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the GW University, and the University’s representative Sevinj Mammadova.
During the meeting, the sides discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of education and science, the implementation of joint research projects, academic exchange, as well as opportunities for joint activities within the doctoral programs.
The meeting also focused on the issue of arranging dual degree programs between the universities.
BSU Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized the importance of cooperation with the GW University in expanding the university’s international relations, expressing his optimism that the scientific potential between the two universities would contribute to joint projects.
