Khayala Miriyeva and Fatima Nasirova, third-year students from the Chemical Engineering Department at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR, presented their project on an international stage in the Netherlands.
Their project, CLIMASEL, was recognized as the best in the Startupbootcamp Acceleration Program and received positive feedback from foreign mentors.
During their trip, the BHOS students participated in training sessions, networked with other startup founders, and exchanged experiences. They also had the opportunity to refine their business models.
The CLIMASEL project was selected from 2,000 submissions and secured an investment of €25,000. The project focuses on producing Climasel panels, which utilize phase-change biomaterials to reduce energy consumption and maintain stable indoor temperatures in buildings.
