A delegation led by Nilay Canbazoglu, Senior Manager of EMC Recruiting at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), visited Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).
The BCG representatives met with BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov to discuss career opportunities, internship programs, consulting services, and practical knowledge.
At the conclusion of the visit, a special information session was held for students. Experienced recruiters and managers from BCG provided detailed insights into the company, recruitment procedures, and the work environment.
