Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) has announced that extensive demining operations were conducted across the Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavand, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts from December 2 to 8.
During the operations, 57 anti-personnel mines, 29 anti-tank mines, and 461 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were discovered and neutralized.
In total, 768.44 hectares were cleared of mines and UXOs over the week, ANAMA reported.
