By the end of this year, every village in Azerbaijan will have high-speed internet access, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Samir Mammadov, said at the INMerge Innovation Summit, organized by PASHA Holding in Baku, Report informs.
“This initiative will significantly contribute to the formation of an inclusive society,” Mammadov underlined. “One of our main goals is to ensure accessibility, which includes providing internet without the need for buying data bundles. Our primary objective is to cover all citizens, granting them access to digital services. Platforms like MyGov and SIMA will be accessible without having an internet package. This is a crucial step we have taken,” he added.
