The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan once again urges Armenia’s armed forces formations stationed in the Azerbaijani territory of Karabakh to lay down their arms and surrender, adding that in this case anti-terrorist measures will be suspended.
"We are in operational contact with the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily deployed in Azerbaijan and we are setting up all necessary conditions for them to perform their duties," the ministry said.
