A delegation led by Head of Gabala District Executive Authority Sabuhi Abdullayev has paid a working visit to the Belarusian sister city of Grodno.
During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation met with the city administration to discuss prospects for relations between Grodno city and Gabala district.
The delegation also visited a host of industry, sporting, production and education facilities, as well as historical and cultural landmarks in the city. The delegation members familiarized themselves with the city’s tourism potential, culture, folklore and traditions of the Belarusian people. They also attended the “City day” festive event marking the 895th anniversary of the city of Grodno.
