Azerbaijani, Georgian Prosecutors General meet in Tbilisi

On February 23, Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev met with his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Gvarakidze, as part of his visit to Tbilisi.

Expressing his gratitude to Giorgi Gvarakidze for the invitation, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev described Georgia as a friendly country for Azerbaijan.

Giorgi Gvarakidze hailed the development of cooperation between the prosecutor's offices of Azerbaijan and Georgia.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the joint fight against various forms of crime between the prosecutor's offices of the two countries, as well as practical cooperation in the areas of extradition and mutual legal assistance in criminal cases.
