Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture Adil Karimli met with the Turkish Ambassador Birol Akgün on Friday.
During the meeting, Adil Karimli noted that Azerbaijani-Turkish culture cooperation is diversifying and gaining new content year by year.
He added that joint involvement in various cultural projects, regular visits of creative groups, and the establishment of beneficial cooperation between relevant institutions demonstrate the broad scope of cooperation in this field.
Ambassador Birol Akgün thanked the Minister for the warm welcome, emphasizing that there are great opportunities for further expanding Turkish-Azerbaijani cultural relations.
Birol Akgün also spoke about the filming of “Molla Nasreddin: The Friend of My Hard Days,” a joint production of TURKSOY member countries, announcing that filming has concluded in Türkiye.
