On July 8, an official reception and concert program were held at Gulustan Palace on the occasion of the professional holiday of the diplomatic service employees of Azerbaijan.
The reception was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Azerbaijan’s diplomatic missions, high-ranking representatives of government agencies, members of the Milli Majlis, as well as the heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, Assistant to the President and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, and Mohammed Adil Embarch, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Azerbaijan, delivered speeches congratulating the diplomatic service employees on the occasion of their professional holiday and wished them success in their future endeavors.
The speakers emphasized the role of diplomatic service employees in implementing the country’s pragmatic foreign policy and in promoting and safeguarding national interests on the international stage.
The speeches addressed major foreign policy achievements, outlined key priorities, and acknowledged the contributions of diplomatic service employees to enhancing Azerbaijan’s international standing.
They emphasized that the diplomatic service bears significant responsibilities in the implementation of the successful foreign policy course pursued under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
