Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze has congratulated Azerbaijan and Armenia on reaching an agreement on the text of the peace treaty, Report informs.
"Congratulations to our good friends Azerbaijan and Armenia on reaching an agreement on the text of the Peace Agreement - an important step towards lasting peace and stability in the region," the minister wrote on X.
