“I expected to see some elements related to Zarathustra, not here, but in India,” said President of North Macedonia Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova in an interview with journalists as she toured the Ateshgah Temple State Historical-Architectural Reserve in Baku.

Highlighting the importance of the four elements, the President of North Macedonia added: “Yesterday, the city was celebrating Tuesday. I saw the fire and I was very interested, what does it mean? I was told that you are preparing yourself for the very important day, 21st of March, when you celebrate four elements of the fire. And let me sincerely tell you that we - Macedonians and you- Azerbaijanis have something in common. You are - the fire, while we are – the sun. The sun is also a symbol of fire. So I am on the right place at the right time, and I'm really delighted. This is something I would never forget. Why? Because it proves somehow, how similar we people, wherever we live, we are, and that we have something in common.”
