The Russian delegation led by Igor Babushkin, Governor of Astrakhan oblast, visited Azerbaijan’s Alley of Honors on Tuesday to pay respect and lay a wreath at the tomb of the National Leader, founder and architect of the modern independent Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev.
The delegation also put flowers at the grave of outstanding ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
