During the presidential elections in Azerbaijan in February 2024, more than 2,000 volunteers assisted in this process across all regions of the republic, including in the territories liberated from occupation, Vugar Aliyev, chairman of the Union of Volunteer Organizations of Azerbaijan, said at the Seventh Solidarity Forum of Azerbaijani Volunteers.
According to him, 20,914 volunteers participated in projects implemented in 2024.
"Additionally, volunteers participated in various projects implemented in Shusha, Aghdam, Lachin, Zangilan, and Fuzuli," added Vugar Aliyev.
