President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Monday awarded the country’s Order of Alexander Nevsky to Azerbaijan’s former Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu.
Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu was awarded in recognition of his achievements in strengthening the allied interaction between Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
