The opening ceremony of the small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) digitalization program co-organized by Azerbaijan’s Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA) and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) was held in Azerbaijan on Monday.
The event was attended by representatives of a number of state institutions,
as well as SMEs.
Addressing the event, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samir Mammadov highlighted the activities carried out in the fields of digital government, society and business as part of the digitalization policy in the country.
Emphasizing the importance of the program, Samir Mammadov noted that the main goal of the program is to support small and medium-sized businesses towards digitalization, expanding their efficiency, competitiveness and market coverage.
